Bruss, Waldo J.

GAYLORD - Waldo J. Bruss, 94, of Gaylord, Minnesota, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at the Winthrop Good Samaritan Center.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, Nov. 13, at First Lutheran Church in Winthrop, with burial in the Winthrop Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 -7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 12, and 7:30- 8 a.m., Friday, Nov. 13, at Dalin-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Winthrop. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the services at the church.

Waldo Julius Bruss was born on May 29, 1915, in Posen Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. He was the son of August and Christine (Schmidt) Bruss.

Waldo is survived by his brother, LeRoy Bruss of Gaylord.
