It is Ordered and No-

tice is hereby given

that on December 10,

2009, at 11:30 a.m., a

hearing will be held in

this Court at New

Ulm, Minnesota, on a

petition for the adjudi-

cation of intestacy and

determination of

decedent's heirs, and

for the appointment of

Terry Besemer and

Roger Besemer,

whose addresses are

19621 Grandview

Road, New Ulm, Min-

nesota 56073 and

12846 Shag Road,

New Ulm, Minnesota

56073 respectively, as

co-personal represen-

tatives of the

decedent's estate in

an unsupervised ad-

ministration.

Any objections to the

petition must be raised

at the hearing or filed

with the Court prior to

the hearing. If the peti-

tion is proper, and no

objections are filed or

raised, the co-personal

representatives will be

appointed with the full

power to administer

the decedent's

estate,including the

power to collect all as-

sets, pay all legal

debts, claims, taxes,

and expenses, and sell

real and personal pro-

perty; and to do all

necessary acts for the

decedent's estate.

Notice is further given

that, subject to Minn.

Stat. 524.3-801, all

creditors having claims

again the decedent's

estate are required to

present the claims to

the personal represen-

tative or to the the

Court within four(4)

months after the date

of this notice or the

claims will be barred.
