Comments suspended on Student Discipline

For the past two weeks The Journal's online page has been allowing reader comments to be added to stories involving the District 88 disciplinary action against students who were ejected from the Fairmont volleyball game. The comments have been numerous, some insightful, some incendiary.

The Journal's management has decided to take down the comments in the interest of giving the community a chance to move on over this issue. It is time to move ahead in a constructive manner as the winter sports season nears.
