REDWOOD FALLS - Arnold Klause, 89, of Redwood Falls died Thursday, June 18, 2009 at Redwood Area Hospital.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls. Burial, with military honors, will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Sheridan Township, Redwood County.

Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Nelson-Martin Funeral Service in Redwood Falls and will continue on Wednesday atthe church for one hour prior to services.

He is survived by his sons, John Arnold Klause of Mountain Lake, James August Klause of rural Belview, and Paul Alfred Klause of rural Redwood Falls; six grandchildren; and sisters, Lorna Thorston of rural Springfield, Erma Zuehlsdorf of Redwood Falls, and Elaine Krohn of Nicollet.

Arnold Hugo Klause was born Sept. 26, 1919, in Sheridan Township, Redwood County, to Alfred and Emma (Raddatz) Klause.
