A collision in the 400 block of 20th South Street near Hy-Vee resulted in severe damage to one vehicle and moderate damage to another car late Thursday afternoon. The collision involved a 1995 Oldsmobile driven by Dan Dahl, age 66, of New Ulm, and a 1999 Buick driven by Myrtle Frederickson, age 86, of Hanska. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, according to a New Ulm Police report. The Oldsmobile sustained severe right side damage. The Buick sustained moderate front damage.
