VFW Gold loses 6-4

SIOUX FALLS - New Ulm VFW Gold lost 6-4 to Parkston, South Dakota in the Sioux Falls Tournament Friday.

Brandon Johnson took the loss for New Ulm.

Offensively, Dan Blackstad led New Ulm by going 2-for-3 with a double and two runs scored. Johnson also had a two-run double for Gold.

New Ulm plays Sioux Falls South at 12:30 p.m. today.
