Wesley Werner

LAMBERTON — Wesley Werner, 98, of Lamberton, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 23, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at the Lamberton United Methodist Church with burial at Lamberton Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday, May 22, from 4 -7 p.m. at Sturm Funeral Home in Lamberton, and will continue for one hour prior to services at the church on Friday.

Wesley Werner was born Sept. 2, 1909, in Germantown Township, Cottonwood County, to Charles and Alma (Krueger) Werner.

Survivors include son Kenneth of Siloam Springs, AR; daughter Bernie Samletzka of Braham; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and sister Ora Burginger of Story City, Iowa.
