SCC All-Conference teams announced

Girls basketball
New Ulm senior Mackenzie Esson and junior Kayla Altmann were named to the All-South Central Conference Team.
For St. James, juniors Rachelle Eckmann and Mallory Shellum were named all-conference. Blue Earth Area had four players awarded all-conference honors. The three seniors were Meagan Grandgenett, Hayley Darrington, and Katie Erdahl. Senior Kali Anderson was named honorable mention.
Fairmont had Sam Waletich and Ashley Alleven named to the all-conference team. Sophomore Alyssa Niss was named honorable mention.
For Waseca, junior Elizabeth Trickey and sophomore Allison Streich were named all-conference and
AnnMarie Brown was the lone selection from St. Peter.
Boys Basketball
South Central Conference champ Fairmont had four players named to the All-SCC boys team. Seniors Jeff and Chris Janssen, junior Brennan Holm, and sophomore Justin Heinrich were named all-conference. Junior Justin Walters was named honorable mention.
For Blue Earth Area, senior Logan Becker was named all-conference. He was joined by sophomore teammates Garret Anderson and Nick Lee. Jon Trasamar and Garret Mensing were named honorable mention.
For New Ulm, senior Scott Hawkins and sophomore Zach Quiring were named all-conference. Zach Moore was named honorable mention.
For St. James, Josh Doll was named all-conference. Austin Pinke was honorable mention.
Parker Johnson of St. Peter was all-conference. Teammate Myles Peterson was named honorable mention.
For Waseca, Richie Gullockson and Andrew Beckmann were named all-conference. Teammates Nicholas Hanson and Caleb Davis were named honorable mention.
Girls hockey
The New Ulm girls hockey team had four players awarded all-conference honors. They were Korinne O’Connor, Cassie Seifert, Jessica Forstner, and Kaylen Berle.
St. Peter had three players named all-conference. They were Brittany Pell, Shannon Meyer, and Rebecca Studer.
For Waseca, Dana Sopkowiak, Kirsten Hollerud, and Sage Marklay were named all-conference.
Ashley Olson and Jessica Widerhoeft of Fairmont were named all-conference.
Boys hockey
The New Ulm boys hockey team had three players awarded all-conference honors.
They were Sean Stewart, Wade French, and Cody Kohn.
Fairmont also had three players on the all-conference team. They were Levi Pederson, Kellen Fausch, and Ryan Sandersfeld.
For Waseca, Kelvin Nelson, Travis Chadderdon, and Josh Miler were named all-conference.
For St. Peter, Ethan Pfeisler and Caleb Giesen were named to the all-conference team.
Beau Burgau of New Ulm And DJ Ruschy of Fairmont were named honorable mention.
Gymnastics
Ariel McFarland, Shyranda Hornick, and Rachel Enwright of the New Ulm Gymnastics team were named all-conference.
