To the editor: What a gift that Donald Sterling (owner of the LA Clippers) has given us! At last, the “plantation mentality” is demonstrated here and people of color can be glad that it is at the......

Whoops...looks like they took down a couple of your finer posts, agitprop.

Let off a little steam and try again tomorrow.

A strong sense of self-esteem is always encouraged, agitprop. Nicely done.

And yet, agitprop cannot follow his own advice. He asks others to boycott this "right-wing rag" and yet he won't. I suppose in his mind he subjects himself to all of this hateful, racist poison in an effort to enlighten the world to his highly evolved views.

I find it quite ironic that when you hurl insults the way you do at people who express a different opinion you are really no different than Mr. Sterling and his views on race. The only difference is your intolerance revolves around one's politics and not the color of their skin.

You should do all of us a favor and begin your boycott now.

agitprop - I only asked you why you read this "right-wing rag". I had absolutely no reaction to your suggestion that people boycott it.

So why are you reading this "right-wing rag" agitprop?

Racism is born of ignorance. I agree with the letter writer that this is a great example to teach our younger generations about the ugly face that is racism. When my child asked me why some people had light skin and some had dark skin I losely quoted the book "The Cay" - "why are some people black and some white Timothy?" "Why are fish and flowers different colors? I truly don't know, Philip, but I do believe that under the skin it's all the same."
