I fully support legalizing medical marijuana and possibly also recreational marijuana. However, this man has changed his story. When he was arrested he claimed he was learning to grow marijuana to be ready for when MN legalizes. So in other words he wanted to sell it. Now he claims it's for his own medicinal use. Well, which is it? Sounds like a cop out to me.

Not legalizing marijuana for medical purposes is not allowing pain relief for anyone with a nervous system problem. My own mother died of cancer which was attacking her nervous system and the oncologist told us the only thing that would truly relieve her pain and help her to die with dignity was THC also known as marijuana. Instead we were given a huge jar of morphine and it was awful and did not work and resulted in the most agonizing departure from this world that I have ever seen. I would not wish that end on anyone. So I wouldn't quip about this topic until you have some perspective. It is a natural plant put here by God for a use by us. It is not something we came up with in a lab.

Why don't we just legalize everything and see how screwed up the world becomes.......oh ya, we already are doing that!
