After losing events to the newly renovated NUEC and Turner Hall, I'm sure they finally decided it was time to update! However, I doubt the prices of the rooms will improve any. I recently stayed multiple nights at Microtel for the same price as one night at the Holiday Inn!! It doesn't have a restaurant/bar but Applebee's in right in the parking lot!
