Agitprop - you sound like the King of England after the Boston Tea Party. " We the People" would include everyone , a real leader would have brought everyone to the table before there was a shutdown . Under a democracy are they not entitled to their opinion? If they are so bad , vote them out of office. You passed Obamacare even though a majority of the people didn't and still don't want it. To get preexisting conditions and 26 year olds on their parents policy , they didn't need to ram this fiasco thru. Minnesota had a great model that could have been followed. The Journal is allowed to it's opinion the same as the NY Times ,or do you wish to have only Democratic newspapers, you better have them ram that thru also.

I find it how so many are afraid of so few (Tea Party), their is a small percentage of the US that calls themselves Tea Party , yet people are so afraid of them . You act like they shouldn't be allowed to vote, didn't we have this issue in the past ( women , African Americans)? Time for someone to act like a real leader and pull the country back together instead of pulling it apart. The first part to getting what you want in a negotiation, is gaining trust and respect - not name calling. Negotiating means both sides have to give , I don't think the Rep. gained anything out of this shutdown. If he would have gave them the one year extension for individuals it would have been over before the shutdown and it would have been more fair to the individuals, especially as poor as the exchange is operating.

Interesting headgear?
