You've really outdone yourself this time, Ron. We are to believe that because of some non-english speaking Indian your credit rating has been ruined. You do realize that many Indians are quite adept at speaking english ? Well, don't let a little racism stand in the way of your latest rant.

You should look up the Fair Credit Reporting Act and especially review the sections regarding consumer rights and their ability to dispute information contained within their credit file.

Your beef with Sprint sounds like you decided not to pay your bill. It sounds like me that we are not getting the whole story from you. You never did state that Sprint was proven wrong with the bills they sent you only that you refused to pay them because there was no way your wife could have incured them. What proof did you provide Sprint to show they were wrong ?

Yeah, that's what I thought.

And for all this banks should be accused of fraud. Who's really commiting the fraud here, Ron ?

Someone doesn't understand how their contract with Sprint worked. Sprint doesn't have "shady" billing practices, you just don't have a firm grasp of how your plan works.

Are we talking "Indian" like the dot on their foreheads Indian, or the feathers behind their heads Indians, Ron?

MCW, wow, you really do have a problem. But humor is humor which ever way you want to look at it. History has told us the difference as indians here in the USA are referred to as Native Americans while Indians is the name given people from India.

I thought it was funny, but then again, I am used to people making jokes about my German ancestry. People are too serious. Have fun, poke a little fun at yourself once in a while.
