More smokers trying to quit

To the editor: I was pleased to hear the news this week that there has been a 250 percent increase in calls to smoking cessation services! This is proof that many smokers have chosen to try to quit......

Why be so rude about people wanting to quit no matter what the reason. I wish them luck and good health in the future. Some of you people in New Ulm as just plain nasty to people. And I bet your in church every Sunday. Bunch of hypocrites.

Trying to quit because they were "forced" into it due to the increase in taxes!! Can't afford $7.00+ per pack!!
