The Supreme Court is just an extension of Corporate America. There's your problem, now how do you fix it?

The problem is that the Supremes don't apply the law; they make it up according to their view of what they personally would like America to be. The Supreme Court of today does not function as the Founding Fathers envisioned it would. Rather than being an impartial judge in matters that arose between the states, it is highly partisan and has taken on a dictatorial character. It feels free to throw out legitimate decisions made by the majority of citizens of a state. Its decision in the Obamacare ruling was a joke, calling something a tax but not being able to identify what kind of tax it is. For the Supreme Court to continue to function as it presently does is not good for the country. Something has to change.
