The reason why Hardee's didn't make it last time was because they didn't keep the place up and their service sucked. It also helped when Walgreen's offered $1 million for the property.

If Hardee's can offer better service and keep the building in good repair, they should have a better shot. Judging from who is all building the building and the systems within it, they are only looking for cheap.
