If raising the minimum wage is so good , why not raise it to $20/hour ? -Or would that lead to inflation? Companies will raise prices to reflect the increased costs, who actually will pay for this increase , the consumer that buys the goods where these people are working. You just raised taxes on businesses 4.5% Federal and Dayton wants another 2% for state, there was also a 2% Obamacare tax on business owners. How much more do you think you can hit business for? You wonder why the economy is dragging , you want to give everything away. Why don't you work on removing fraud and waste from the government to fund this , I could agree with that , the job creators are getting tapped out, what are you going to do when they are out of money?

The left can tolerate the increases in the unemployment ratew that marginal increases in the minimum wage always brings. Let's just hope they would find the unemployment rate at a $20.00 an hour minimum wage as unacceptable. You never know though our current president seems to find a jobless recovery as a legitimate economic strategy.
