Yunosmart: unfortunately, it's the law of supply and demand. The market drives the industry. It's just the truth. There's a shortage of retired or elderly housing in this town. That's why more is being built, to supply the demand. Reverse it if you can. It's only going to get worse.

Oh of course the new apartment building will be for senior living. That's the only kind of apartment building found in New Ulm.
