The problem is (and it has been this was for some time) is that this program is played out like a private-club where certain members of the club dominate court time irregardless of set skills. This destroys team unity, team member support and simply enjoyment for the kids. With a record of 5/23 (or something like that for years now) the seniors that sat much of the season should have played a whole lot more. I feel for them. A word about the importance of scorers on a team... "You can defend the*****out of people, but if you can't make shots in this league, you're in trouble." Quote, Coach Adelman
