I am personally willing to pay slightly higher gas taxes if it meant that highway 14 could be 4 lane in 5-10 years. It will only get more expensive and economic growth will continue to be stunted. Who knows how many good employers have already passed up New Ulm because of this.

Was this just a complaint session or did the business leaders offer any solutions to the road funding deficits? Would they be willing to advocate for higher gas taxes and license fees to help with the costs?
