Sibley East Junior High collects student iPads

Principal Harter was the individual who stated that "Gaylord Police Chief Ken Mueller said inappropriate material was found on a student's iPad, that the investigation is complete, and no criminal charges are pending." No one asked Chief Mueller, nor the County Attorney. Harter's comment seemed to bury the story. Truth be told there is an on going investigation and the investigation has found a pintrest account with photos of nude women and sexting photos of 8 grade girls as well as as harassing emails and instant messaging. Some will say Harter misspoke or lied to minimize this possibly to protect the Ipad program, but by not being more forthcomming he appears to be an accesory after the fact.

If they found improper use by eight graders, it would stand to reason the same or other misuse could be found with 9th,10,11th graders as well as 7th, and I dare say 6th graders. They should examine all the idpads.
