Just to stir the pot a little may offer this for your consideration, I think we should start by placing the rumble strips in our schools to curb violence. A "rumble" is a highly choreographed fight - just think West Side Story and it will make more sense to you.

And we need greater discipline on Highway 15. No more playing with yourself in your cars. You know who you are...

I think it is judges who should be sterilized, after all, they all started out as lawyers and let's face it we have too many of them around here anyway.
