Clark offers family mediation services
NEW ULM — Tracy Clark of New Ulm is now offering professional family mediation services as a qualified neutral. Clark recently completed annual training through the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Institute in Minneapolis. The Institute is part of Minnesota State Bar Association and provides training for neutrals to remain active on the qualified neutral roster under Rule 114. The training, in part, was conducted by Susan Mainzer, a leading negotiation, family and civil mediation trainer. Clark had previously studied under Mainzer during certification for 40-hour Family Mediation Skills Training at the Mediation Center for Dispute Resolution, in affiliation with Hamline University Law School in Minneapolis. In 2007, Clark received Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) Training in Rochester and served as a qualified neutral in the Third and Fifth Judicial District’s ENE Pilot Program.
