Budget concerns top ’09 decisions for Brown County Board

NEW ULM — The families of Brown County commissioners Richard Seeboth and Deborah Dove stood among the few county department heads and serving commissioners as Brown County District Court Judge John Rodenberg administered the oath of office to both commissioners nearly an hour before the county board’s first meeting of the year. Former commissioner Charles Guggisberg and his wife made the trip to the ceremony. Cameras flashed. Hands were shaken. Hugs were given.
Dove had little to say after her first official meeting ended.
