Human life is worth more than…
To the editor:
The Star Tribune reported that Stearns County Judge Andrew Pearson was the acting judge for Jared Scheierl, a man who was sexually assaulted by Danny Heinrich. Heinrich also had abducted, molested and killed Jacob Wetterling. Judge Pearson wrote, “It’s been said that a human life is worth more that all the treasures of the world.” Mr. Scheierl was awarded $17 million.
Every single baby’s LIFE that has been abused and KILLED by abortion is worth more than all the treasures of the world!
Abortion has been a rather silent issue in the Nov. 6 midterm elections. Have we become accepting or even immune to the horrendous act of killing babies? Or are we just too busy to become informed about the people we are voting for? It seems that Minnesota voters chose this path when they voted in the midterm election on Nov. 6.
Did you know that Tim Waltz, Amy Klobuchar, Tina Smith (a former Planned Parenthood executive), Keith Ellison and Dan Feehan are all on board in promoting “abortion?” They may talk otherwise, but check their abortion voting records.
Whereas, Jeff Johnson, Jim Newberger, Karin Housley, Doug Wardlow and Jim Hagedorn are all very strong pro-lifers. Check their voting records. We are fortunate that at least one pro-lifer, Jim Hagedorn, was victorious.
Senator Amy Klobuchar reared her head in the Brett Kavanaugh hearing for Justice of the Supreme Court. She was part of the scheme to disqualify Kavanaugh, because he might overturn Roe V. Wade. What does that tell us?
Amy Klobuchar, Diane Feinstein, Maxine Watters and others held the false charges by Christine Ford (that she claimed she was abused by Kavanaugh) for months, until the 11th hour, hoping the Senate would overturn Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.
It is indeed heart wrenching that Amy Klobuchar was a big part in putting Brett Kavanaugh and his family through this unfounded travesty! So much for her run for the presidency in 2020.
Lord, have mercy.
God, please free us from the evil of abortion that threatens the sanctity of family life. Please grant our country the wisdom to proclaim that God’s love is the foundation of our nation, and that He alone is the true source of our rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. We pray, as we celebrate baby Jesus’ birth!
Thank you Mary and Joseph for choosing LIFE.
