Ralph Hagert

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Ralph Hagert, 87, of Sioux Falls, SD, formerly of Comfrey and Wabasso, died Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, at Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls.

Mass of Christian Burial Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday Nov. 29, at St. Therese Catholic Church in Sioux Falls.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 28, with a 7 p.m. wake service at George Boom Funeral Home & Crematory, Sioux Falls.

Interment services will be at noon Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, at St. Mathias Catholic Cemetery in Wanda.

Michael Ralph Hagert was bron Jan. 1, 1930, in Detroit, Mich. to Michael Edward and Madeline (Eichten) Hagert. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953.

He is survived by his children, Michelle Wetter of Mendon, NY Michael Hagert III of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, Lisa Clark of Camano Island, WA, and Blaine Hagert of Sioux Falls; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Theresa Peltier of Sioux Falls, Margie Johnson of St. Croix Falls, Wis., and Karen Gardner of Natchez, Miss
