New Ulm Police

Received a vandalism report at 4:46 p.m. Thursday at 225 Garden St. North. A renter shot out garage windows, an exterior light and mailbox, estimated to cost $800 to repair.

Received a criminal damage to property report at 8:30 p.m. Thursday at 910 Minnesota St. North. A resident reported a rear patio glass door shot out and borken items scattered about the deck. No damage estimate was available.

Received a theft report at 10:18 p.m. Thursday at Orchard Hill, 1223 Karl Dr. Stolen items included a ceramic lion valued at $600, $1,300 chain necklace and $375 blue jacket with fur. There was no evidence of forced entry. The theft happened some time ago.
