New Ulm Police

• Multiple people were injured in a three-vehicle accident 1:49 p.m. Sunday at 20th North and Broadway. A 2016 Ford Fusion driven by Martin Sellner, 54, of Sleepy Eye, and a 1999 Ford F-250 driven by Jerin Poliskey, 38, of Lafayette, were northbound on Broadway near the 20th North Street and Broadway intersection. The Ford Fusion was in the inside lane, and F-250 was in the outside lane. A 2002 Toyota Camry driven by Janice Lammers, 82, of New Ulm, entered the intersection attempting to turn south on Broadway. The Toyota was t-boned by both Ford vehicles. All three vehicles received moderate to severe damage.

Sellner and his passenger received moderate injuries. Poliskey sustained minor injuries. Lammers needed to be extricated by fire personnel and received moderate injuries.

• A two-vehicle accident was reported at 9:37 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 3rd South and Washington Streets. A 2005 Chrysler Town & Country, driven by Christian Kuether, 25, of New Ulm, was southbound on Washington Street. A 1997 GMC Sierra, driven by Jonathan Knaak, 26, was westbound on 3rd South Street. The front of the GMC struck the left side of the Chrysler in the intersection. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported.
