New Ulm Police

• Received a two-vehicle crash report at 4:14 p.m. Aug. 9. A 2015 Chevrolet truck driven by Jason S. George, 41, Waterville, collided with a vehicle driven by Brian L. Keck, 55, Owatonna, as it was southbound on Minnesota Street at 19th South Street. Three passengers in the other vehicle sustained possible injuries of headaches or arm pains but declined medical attention. Damage was moderate to the rear driver’s side of the other vehicle and minor to the front passenger side of the truck.

• Received a two-vehicle crash report at State Highway 60 and Watonwan County Road 27 in St. James Township at 2:28 p.m. Aug. 9. A 2003 Chevy Impala driven by Nickolas K. Wooten, 41, St. James, was eastbound on Highway 60, when it left the lane, went into a ditch and came back up on the road, colliding with a 2001 Peterbuilt tractor driven by Jaun D. Eppler, 49, Pomona, Mo. Wooten was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System St. James with non-life-threatening injuries. Both drivers wore seat belts. Alcohol was not involved.

• Received a four-vehicle crash report on State Highway 30 at the St. James exit, Rosendale Township, Watonwan County. Traffic was stopped due to another crash in the construction zone. All vehicles were eastbound on Highway 30. A 2006 Kia Sorrento driven by Brennan E. Ensz, 23, Hartford, S.D. did not stop, hitting the rear end of a 2001 Olds Alero driven by Angelica J. Mccaulley, 26, Mankato, which hit a 2010 Chevy Malibu driven by Marlene J. Hofkamp, 75, Leota; which hit a 2016 Dodge Caravan driven by Erica N. Schreiber, 32, St. James. Ensz and Mccaulley were transported to a St. James hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. All drivers wore seat belts. Alcohol was not involved.

• Received a two-vehicle crash report at Highway 60 and 700th Avenue, St. James Township, Watonwan County. A 2013 Buick Verano driven by Nalissa Sha Queen Wilson, 22, Jackson, stopped southbound waiting to turn east onto Highway 60, pulled out and was hit by a westbound 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Mason H. Straub, 19, Mankato. Both drivers wore seat belts but were transported to a St. James hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Alcohol was not involved. St. James Ambulance and the Watonwan County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
