New Ulm Police
• Received a two-vehicle crash report without injuries at Center and Garden Streets at 6:36 p.m. Jan. 4. A Chevy Cruze driven by Hannah J. Rundgren, 21, Overland Park, Kan., was westbound on Center when it collided with a Ford Taurus driven by Annette M. Berkner, 53, Sleepy Eye, who was northbound on Garden Street, crossed Center, and said she didn’t see the other vehicle. Damage was very minor to the Chevy and moderate to the Ford. Both drivers wore seat belts.
• Received a two-vehicle crash report without injuries at Jacobs Street and Westridge Road at 6:09 p.m. Jan. 4. A 2013 Buick driven by Hannah E. Trebesch, 28, Sleepy Eye, turned off Highway 14 onto Jacobs Street, when it collided with a 2015 Ford Fusion driven by Philipo S. DeLeo, 71, Gibbon, who was on Westridge Road, stopped at a stop sign, then entered the intersection. Damage was moderate to both vehicles. Both drivers wore seat belts.
• Police were called to the scene of two juveniles fighting on Liberty Street Thursday, Jan. 4, at 4:24 p.m. The two had been playing when one shoved the other into a door, no serious injuries reported and no arrests were made.
• Police were called to a hockey game Thursday, Jan. 4, at the Civic Center at 7 p.m. on a juvenile who smelled like marijuana. The juvenile was released to a parent.
