New Ulm Police
• No injuries were reported Thursday when Eugene Roth, 69, crashed into a parked car at 5:28 p.m. Roth was driving a 1998 Ford Econo-line westbound on Center Street in the outside lane when he was momentarily distracted by a vehicle in the inner lane and drifted into a parked car. Both vehicles then ignited, causing severe damage to each vehicle.
• Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision Friday at 8:46 a.m. at the intersection of 5th N. and Garden St. Wanda Dahlhoff, 56, was stopped at the stop sign on 5th N. in a 2015 Ford Taurus when Alycen Stewig, 66, rear-ended her in a 2012 Ford Edge. No injuries were reported, both vehicles sustained minor damage.
• Two vehicles collided Friday at 4:47 p.m. in the intersection of 2nd South and State Streets. Benjamin Haugen, 26, was westbound when he collided with Theresa Richter, 50, who was southbound. Both vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. Haugen’s vehicle sustained passenger-side damage to the front bumper and Richter’s received damage to the driver-side front bumper. No injuries reported.
• A black, 20 inch boys bicycle was reported stolen Friday at 3:50 p.m. on the 1500 block of Payne St. N. The complainant identified themselves as a family member of the bike’s owner. They reported the value of the bike was $80.
