New kitchen manager welcomed at Green Mill

The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped at the Green Mill to welcome Adam Aufderheide as the new kitchen manager.

Adam comes from Portland, Oregon, where he has been in the restaurant hospitality business since 2002. He has done everything from busing tables and washing dishes, to hosting, preparing line and more.

Adam has been in New Ulm for just over a year and has been in the kitchen manager position for the last 6 months. He likes the larger kitchen the Green Mill has and appreciates that quality is a priority here. His family is from the area, and he says he has over 100 cousins around New Ulm and has been enjoying meeting new ones.
