NEW ULM — The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped by MRCI in New Ulm to welcome Nicole Rustman as the new community employment specialist.
Nicole will be working with the clients helping them find employment within the community. Before joining MRCI she spent 8 years with Citizens Agency and 5 years working in a group home. Nicole is also the secretary of the Fair Board and part of the leadership team for the HYPE, New Ulm’s Young Professionals group. MRCI is the 8th largest non-profit organization in Minnesota and has been assisting people with disabilities for 65 years. Other locations include Mankato, Chaska, Shakopee & Rosemount. Currently, there are about 30 businesses in New Ulm that have MRCI clients employed independently or on a work crew. MRCI is always looking for new businesses in need of workers to partner with. Contact Nicole for more information at 507-233-2729 or nrustman@MRCIWorkSource.org.
MRCI has recently re-branded with a new logo, and has dropped “WorkSource” from their name. They are about so much more than employment – they are about the person and supporting them in whatever path they choose to take.
