NEW ULM — Joining Lacey Lueth at Lola’s – An American Bistro as co-owner is Jordan Kuelbs, and the Willkommen Committee went for a visit.

Originally from the Comfrey / Sleepy Eye area, Jordan was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis and did an internship at Lola’s after completing that program. While working as the baker at Martin Luther College (MLC), she worked on her people management skills and facilitated special events and banquets. Jordan is married to a local farmer, does lots of running including marathons and is excited to bring her skills, training and vision to Lola’s as co-owner. During the call, Lacey talked about the growth happening at Lola’s, Inc., including being the preferred caterer at the New Ulm Event Center and The Capitol Room in St. Peter and providing food at fun venues like the Starkeller Brewery and The Grand Center for Arts & Culture on Friday and Saturday nights. Currently, Lola’s, Inc., has seven full-time and 35 part-time employees.
