Thriveon is one of 100 Best Companies to Work For
For second year in a row
NEW ULM — Thriveon made the Minnesota Business Magazine’s list of Minnesota’s 100 Best Companies To Work For in 2017.
The award recognizes Minnesota’s top companies as determined by the attitudes of employees on work environment, benefits and overall happiness at work.
Minnesota-based staff at each nominated company voluntarily complete an online questionnaire that collects anonymous responses, uncovering the feelings that employees have about their satisfaction with their employer.
This is the third time and second consecutive year that Thriveon has earned a place on this list.
Missy Meidl, controller and HR manager for Thriveon, thinks that one reason why people like working at Thriveon is because the company values employee input and nurtures individual professional development.
“We are very intentional about getting everyone involved, making sure that they have a voice here,” said Meidl. “I think we do a good job of using people’s talents, and helping them find ways to grow.”
Sam Bloedow, CEO and founder of Thriveon, views the award as a reflection of the values that are a key contributor to the company’s success.
“We have a really good team here, who care deeply about helping people,” Bloedow says. “Their passion for each other and our clients, helps us create a technology experience that our clients are ecstatic about. This is a stark contrast from the stereotypical IT grind and IT frustration experienced by IT employees and users elsewhere.”
