Society meets Feb. 10

MORGAN — The New Ulm Gem & Mineral Society will meet Sunday, Feb. 10 at the Morgan Public Library at 1 p.m.. in the lower level meeting room. Wheelchair accessible. A DVD on agates will be shown. Show-and-tell is encouraged. For more information call Diane Rose : 760-468-8028.

Persistent Pain Support Group

NEW ULM — Join the Persistent Pain Support Group to learn pain management techniques and share what you have learned to encourage others.

The group two opportunities to participate:

First Monday of the month, 1-3:30 p.m.m, and third Monday of the month, 6-7:30 p.m. at the New Ulm Medical Center Board Room, located on the first floor near the main entrance

The kick-off to this program begins Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. with an organizational meeting. You do not need to participate in this event to attend any of the other sessions.

This event is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required.
