Aided by warm weather for this time of year, a fisherman tried his luck from a boat in the Minnesota River just east of Minnecon Park Monday afternoon. Above-average temperatures will continue Tuesday with a forecast high of 35 degrees. Temperatures will dip below average Friday through Sunday before getting close to average next week.
