The New Ulm Middle School Jazz Combo opened the Holiday Band Concert Tuesday with the tune “Funky Ol’ St. Nick.” The concert featured music from the Middle School’s 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Band, Jazz band and Jazz Combo. The young musicians decked the halls with the sounds of classic holiday songs from Jolly Old St. Nicholas to Silver Bells.
