Girl, 17, reported missing in New Ulm

BROWN COUNTY–Missing person fliers have been circulating in New Ulm for 17-year-old Katelynn Sandmann. Sandmann is 5 foot, 3 inches tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. Other distinguishing features include a nose ring on the right side and braces.

Police do no suspect an abduction. Sandmann is believed to be a teenage runaway.

According to family members on Facebook, she has been known to frequent the New Ulm and Mankato area. She was last spotted at the Quick Mart off Highway169 in North Mankato around 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

Anyone who has information on Sandmann’s location is asked to contact the local police or text her family at (507) 430-2608.
