Suzuki Music Open House scheduled
NEW ULM — The New Ulm Suzuki School of Music is holding its fall semester Open House on Monday, Aug. 28 at 6:30 p.m. at United Church of Christ, 301 South Minnesota, New Ulm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Members of the faculty will answer questions about the Suzuki Method, lessons, tuition and scholarship opportunities.
The New Ulm Suzuki School of Music (NUSSM) has great options for the whole family from group classes to private lessons to ensembles and orchestra. Try out some different instruments at the “instrument petting zoo” or get sized for beginning violin lessons. NUSSM is now accepting students for Violin, Viola, Bass, Cello and Piano.
Suzuki Talent Education was founded by Dr. Shin’ichi Suzuki on the belief that every child could learn, and music study was for everyone, not just for those who exhibited signs of talent. He also believed that a positive learning environment would also help to foster excellent character in every student.
Founded over 17 years ago, the New Ulm Suzuki School of Music is co-directed by Paula Anderson and Judy Martens. For more information, visit newulmsuzuki.org or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
