HEARING

Notice is Hereby

Given that the petition

heretofore filed with Fi-

nance Director for the

following improvement:

grading, aggregate

base, bituminous sur-

facing, seven inch (7″)

concrete alley ap-

proach pavement,

storm sewer, miscel-

laneous removals and

restoration necessary

to construct a residen-

tial pavement section

on the Alley in Block

136 North of Center

Street

will be examined,

heard and considered

by the City Council at a

meeting to be held at

the City Hall Council

Chambers,100 North

Broadway, in said City

on Tuesday, August

21, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.,

and at such meeting

the Council will first ex-

amine and consider

such petition, and

thereupon, whether

such improvement

shall be made or not.

All persons or parties

interested therein will

be heard.

lesheim, whose ad-

Washington, New Ulm,

Minnesota 56073, as

personal representa-

tive of the estate of the

decedent in an unsu-

pervised administra-

tion.

Any objections to the

petition must be raised

at the hearing or filed

with the Court prior to

the hearing. If the peti-

tion is proper and no

objections are filed or

raised, the personal

representative will be

appointed with the full

power to administer the

estate, including the

power to collect all as-

sets; pay all legal

debts, claimes, taxes,

and expenses; sell real

and personal property;

and do all necessary

acts for the estate.

Notice is given that,

subject to Minn. Stat.

524.3-801, all creditors

having claims against

the decedent’s estate

are required to present

the claims to the per-

sonal representative or

to the Court within four

(4) months after the

date of this notice or

the claims will be

barred.
