NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
WHEREAS, Jeff Bertrang, on behalf of New Ulm Public School, has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the installation of a well on property zoned R-1 (Single Family Residence District) and legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Eagle Addition (Street Address: 1600 Oak Street); and
WHEREAS,Brent Donner, President of DLC Manufacturing and Fabrication, Inc., and Jeff Dittrich, President of the New Ulm Economic Development Corporation, have filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the location of a metal fabrication business on property zoned I-1 (Planned Industrial District) and legally described as Lot 6, Block 3, Airport Industrial Park (Street Address: 24 Somsen Street); and
WHEREAS, Bill and Joanne Brennan have filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a variance from the City Code to allow the construction of a front porch addition 6′ into the 30′ front yard setback on the property legally described as Lot 5, Wilson’s Addition (Street Address: 1510 Lee Avenue); and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, May 31, 2018 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby notified of said hearings.
