NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, Dolly Beauregard and Robert Van Zile have filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the location of tattoo business on property zoned B-3 (General Business District) and legally described as Lot 2, Block 69 South of Center Street (Street Address: 307 North Minnesota Street); and
WHEREAS, Randy Alfred has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a variance from the City Code to allow the construction of a garage with a height of 20′ 9″ (City Code allows 16′) on property located at 1328 Settler Trail; and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, April 26, 2018 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby notified of said hearings.
