Members present: Remus, Meyer, Roufs, Ringhofer, Reid

Chairperson Remus called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

Motion by Meyer, second by Roufs to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.

Motion by Reid, second by Ringhofer to accept the separation agreement between River Bend Education District 6049 and the party included in the letter provided by Christian Shafer – Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A.

Roll Call – Roufs, Reid, Remus, Meyer, and Ringhofer

The motion passed with 5 votes in favor, 0 against.

The next regular meeting of the River Bend Education District Board is scheduled for March 27, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.

REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR FURNISHING PARK MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND LOST DOG AND FOX HUNTERS COUNTY PARK

The Brown County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for furnishing park maintenance services at Lost Dog and Fox Hunters County Park located on the east shore of Clear Lake in Section 11, Township 109-110N, Range 31W in Sigel Township until 12:00 P.M. on April 10th 2018 in Room 211, County Administrators Office, 14 South State Street, P.O. Box 248, New Ulm, MN 56073.

The bids must be tendered on the form provided with the specifications and is to be placed in a sealed envelope and identified on the outside with the words “Lost Dog and Fox Hunters Maintenance Bid”.

Please review the “Specifications for Lost Dog & Fox Hunters County Park Operation/Maintenance”, as these have changed from previous advertisements.

Specifications and bid forms are available from the Brown County Park Department Office, located in Room 205 of the Brown County Courthouse, 14 South State Street, P.O. Box 248, New Ulm, MN 56073. The Park Department phone number is (507) 233-6640.

It must be understood by all bidders that it is the intent of Brown County to award a bid which offers the best service and cost to the County.

Brown County reserves the right to waive any formalities in the bids; reject any of all bids or parts of bids and make any award it considers to be in the best interest of the County.

Bids received will be reviewed and considered at the regular Brown County Board of Commissioners meeting on April 17th, 2018
