that Schneider Farm 2

owned by Dean and

Lori Schneider has

made application to the

Minnesota Pollution

Control Agency to ex-

pand a feedlot with a

capacity of 500 animal

units or more.

The existing feedlot will

be located in the SW

1/4 of the NW 1/4, Sec-

tion 33, Township

109N, Range 31 W,

Sigel Township, Brown

County, Minnesota.

The existing facility

consists of 3,120 Head

of Finishing Swine or a

total of 936 Animal Un-

its all located in total

confinement barn with

a reinforced concrete

liquid manure storage

area located below the

barn. The proposed

facility consists of

2,080 Head of Finish-

ing Swine for a total of

624 Animal Units all lo-

cated in total confine-

ment barns with rein-

forced concrete liquid

manure storage area

located below the barn.

The total animal unit

capacity will be 1560.

This publication shall

constitute as notice to

each resident and each

owner of real property

within 5,000 feet of the

perimeter of the pro-

posed feedlot as re-

quired by Minnesota

State Law.

appointment of Willis

E. Lochner, whose ad-

New Ulm, Minnesota

56073, as personal

representative of the

estate of the decedent

in an unsupervised ad-

ministration.

Any objections to the

petition must be raised

at the hearing or filed

with the Court prior to

the hearing. If the peti-

tion is proper and no

objections are filed or

raised, the personal

representative will be

appointed with the full

power to administer the

estate, including the

power to collect all as-

sets; pay all legal

debts, claims, taxes,

and expenses; sell real

and personal property;

and do all necessary

acts for the estate.

Notice is also given

that, subject to

Minn. Stat. 524.3-801,

all creditors having

claims against the

decedent’s estate are

required to present the

The Cottonwood

Township Board is

seeking quotes for sup-

plying, crushing, load-

ing and hauling 4000

yards (more or less) of

crushed class 1 gravel.

The gravel must meet

DOT specifications for

crushed gravel.

The contractor must

have sufficient equip-

ment to place the grav-

el on the township

roads in no more than

10 consecutive working

days. Before starting,

the contractor shall no-

tify the Supervisors

and supply a gradation

report. The work must

be completed no later

than June 30, 2018.

Contractor shall indi-

cate location of pit the

gravel will come from.

All loads shall be

weighed and weight

slips shall be turned

over to the township

when payment is re-

quested.

Certificate of insurance

must be included with

quote. Quotes must be

marked as a quote on

the outside and re-

ceived by the Town-

ship Clerk prior to the

April regular meeting,

which will be held
