APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL

REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on 01/22/2018 at 1:45 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 14 South State Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, November 5, 1991, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Norbert Krzmarzick, whose address is 625 3rd Ave NE, Sleepy Eye, MN 56085 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

WHEREAS, Breanne Te Grotenhuis has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the production and sale of baked goods as a home occupation on the property legally described as Lot 1, Block 3, Dacotah West Addition (Street Address: 2412 Dacotah Drive); and

WHEREAS, the City Code requires that this matter be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, December 28, 2017 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby notified of said hearing.
