WHEREAS, Stephen Franey, on behalf of MCP Foods, Inc. and Firmenich Incorporated, has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting variances for: 1) the front yard setback on North Front Street (10′ setback required/0′ provided); and 2) the amount parking provided for the business (201 spaces required/93 to be provided), with both requests for the property legally described as Block 1 North of Center Street (Street Address: 100 North Valley Street); and
WHEREAS, Al Poehler, on behalf of S and P Development, LLC has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a side/rear yard setback variance (20% of lot depth or 15′ required/ 12.19′ provided) for the property legally described as Lot 4, Block 3, Milford Heights Second Addition (Street Address: 642 Haeberle Avenue); and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 30, 2017 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearings.
