WHEREAS, Al Poehler, on behalf of S & P Development, LLC, has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting variances from the side yard, lot width and lot area regulations of the City Code to allow twin and row homes to be constructed on property generally described as that part of Lot 1, Block 2, Fifth North Street First Addition (to be replatted as part of Milford Heights Second Addition); and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 31, 2017 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearings.
