HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NO-

TICE, that on the 24th

day of October, 2016,

at 7:00 p.m., at the

River Valley Dutchmen

Snowmobile Club, Es-

sig, in Milford Town-

ship, Brown County,

Minnesota, the Town

Board of Supervisors

of Milford Town will

hold a public hearing

regarding assessments

for the cost of paving

the town roads within

the area commonly

known as Saddle Hills.

The total amount of the

proposed assessment

for the entire project is

$242,642.51. The

amount proposed to be

assessed per parcel is

$15,165.16 The area

proposed to be as-

sessed are all proper-

ties adjacent to or

benefited by the pave-

ment project in Saddle

Hills using the unit

method of assessment.

At or after the Public

Hearing Noticed

above, the Milford

Town Board may adopt

the proposed assess-

ment. You have the

right to prepay the en-

tire assessment by

making payment to the

Milford Town Clerk.

Partial prepayment has

not been authorized by

ordinance. You have
