NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LIVESTOCK FEEDLOT PERMIT
Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116, that Alex Kelley has made application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for a permit to construct a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.
The proposed feedlot will be located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of 3-110-29, Brighton Township, Nicollet County, Minnesota.
The proposed facility will consist of a confinement barn with an under-floor concrete pit that will hold 3,000 head of swine between 55 and 300 pounds. The total capacity will be 900 animal units.
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5,000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot as required by Minnesota State Law.

NOTICE OF AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF DESCENT, MULTIPLE DECEDENTS
Richard Haas has filed a Petition for Determination of Descent, Multiple Decedents. It is Ordered that on August 25, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at the Brown County Courthouse, 14 S. State Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, on this petition.
The petition represents that each of the decedents died more than three (3) years ago leaving property in Minnesota. The petition requests the Court determine the descent of such property and assign the property to the persons entitled in a consolidated proceeding.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the petition will be granted.
Notice shall be given by publishing this Notice and Order as provided by law and by:
Mailing a copy of this notice and order to each interested person by United State mail at least 14 days before the time set for the hearing.
